This form is to sign up to serve at FSN Trunk or Treat on Friday, October 31st, 2025 . Set up will be 5:00-5:30pm and the event will run 6:00-7:30pm. 
You will park your car in our upper north parking lot, decorate it, or wear a family friendly costume and pass candy out to trick or treaters in our community. Candy will be provided, but please bring a bucket or bowl to hold it in.
