This form is to sign up to serve at FSN Trunk or Treat on Saturday, October 31st, 2026 . Set up will be 3:30-4:00pm and the event will run 4:00-5:30pm. 
You will park your car in our upper north parking lot, decorate it, or wear a family friendly costume and pass candy out to trick or treaters in our community. Candy will be provided, but please bring a bucket or bowl to hold it in.
